About
We are not selling a supplement.

Most functional products are sold on their ingredients. A number on a label, a molecule you are meant to recognise, a promise that something improves if you take enough of it for long enough. We think that gets it backwards. Nobody wants alpha-GPC. They want the next two hours to go well.
Hours, not ingredients.
Mood Pouches is built around five hours of a day rather than five formulas. FIRST LIGHT for the start of it. LOCK IN for the deep work in the middle. EASE OFF for the hour after the hard call. AFTER HOURS for the evening you actually want to be present for. LIGHTS OUT for the moment you finally put the day down. You do not choose a formula. You choose an hour.
Why a pouch.
A pouch sits under your lip and delivers through the cheek, which means it works in minutes rather than the better part of an hour. Nothing to swallow, nothing to brew, nothing to carry, nothing to finish. It is quiet and it is quick, and both matter a great deal when what you are trying to change is how the next hour feels. The format is already familiar to millions of people. We kept the ritual and changed what is inside it.
What is actually in them.
Every active, in milligrams, printed on the product page. Caffeine where there is caffeine, stated plainly. We will also tell you what we do not know. Some of our botanical doses sit below the levels used in clinical studies, because a pouch holds less than a gram. We would rather say so than let you believe a single pouch replicates a trial.
