How THE ROUTINE works — in plain language.
What you are signing up for
THE ROUTINE is a monthly subscription from Mood Pouches LLC. You choose a box size — Light (3 tins, $22.99 USD/month), Standard (5 tins, $34.99 USD/month) or Heavy (8 tins, $52.99 USD/month) — and your own mix of tins. Shipping is free on every box. All prices are in US dollars.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your saved payment method is charged the box price shown at checkout, until you cancel. The price, the billing frequency and the fact that it renews automatically are shown next to the purchase button before you pay, and you must separately and actively agree to the renewal — the consent box is never pre-ticked.
Skip, swap or delay
You can change your mix, change your box size, skip a month, or delay your next box at any time before it renews — from your account, in one click. These options never hide the cancel button: cancelling always stays visible and one click away on the same screen.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime, online, from your account. Cancelling is no harder than signing up — no phone call, no email, no forms required. When you cancel, you receive an email confirmation, and you will not be charged again. If you subscribed as a guest without an account, email info@moodpouches.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day.
What you receive by email
After you subscribe, we send an acknowledgment with the terms of your subscription, the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel. We’ll always remind you before your next shipment — no surprise charges.
Refunds and shipping
Boxes that have already shipped follow our Shipping & Returns policy. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not recall a box that is already on its way.
