Our commitment

Mood Pouches LLC wants every visitor to be able to browse, read, and buy on this site — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.

What we do

• Semantic headings, labels and landmarks so pages read in a sensible order.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Forms and buttons that can be operated with a keyboard alone.
• Body text and inputs sized for readability, with sufficient color contrast.
• Touch targets sized for use on a phone, where most of our visitors are.
• Reviewing new pages and features against these standards before they ship.

Known limitations

Some of our marketing imagery contains stylized artwork, and third-party services (such as payment forms) render content we do not fully control. If any of it gets in your way, we want to know.

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, email info@moodpouches.com with the page and what happened. We reply within one business day, and if you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, we will help you complete it another way.
