Free shipping on every order of three tins or more, and on every subscription box regardless of size. Two-tin orders are $4.95. Orders are processed within one business day.

All orders include tracking, sent by email once shipped. International duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not ship to anyone under 18; age is confirmed at checkout.
Returns
These are consumable products that go in your mouth, so we handle this differently from a clothing store — and mostly, more simply.
Unopened tins. Return within 30 days for a full refund. Email us and we will send instructions. Original shipping is not refunded.
Opened tins. We cannot accept these back. Once a tin has left our hands we cannot verify how it has been stored, and nobody should want us reselling it. This is a food-safety rule, not a commercial one.
If a tin simply is not for you. Tell us within 30 days and we will send a different one, free, with your next order. Nothing to ship back, no form to fill in. Five hours and five flavours means most people take a couple of tries to find the two that are theirs. That is expected, and it should not cost you anything.
Damaged, wrong or missing. Tell us and we will replace it straight away. No return, no photograph, no forms.
Subscriptions
Change your mix, skip a month, delay a shipment or cancel entirely from your account, in one click. No phone call and no email required. Anything you change before your renewal date applies to that shipment.
